All confirmed orders for physical products are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in Slovenia). Once your package is packaged and handed over to our postal or logistics partner, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification containing your unique tracking link.

• Domestic Delivery (Slovenia): 1–3 business days via Pošta Slovenije or domestic courier services.
• European Union (EU Countries): 3–6 business days with tracked standard delivery.
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout according to package weight and destination address. Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible bundle purchases.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as the logistics carrier registers the parcel in their sorting facility. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Within the European Single Market (EU member states), no additional customs duties apply. For non-EU international shipments, recipients are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or local VAT imposed by customs authorities in their destination country.
